We process your valuable pistachios, grown in your fertile fields, in our facility equipped with the latest technology and high hygiene standards. Just bring your harvest; we will manage the peeling, drying, roasting, and packaging processes with our expert team.

Our Service Process: Quality Step by Step

Our facility has a fully automated line designed to preserve the natural aroma and quality of pistachios.

1. Shelling (Peeling) and Washing

Pistachios arriving with their outer shell (green outer skin) are peeled in our delicate drum peeling machines without damaging the fruit. Immediately after, a washing process completely removes dust, soil, and outer shell residues.

2. Empty-Full Separation and Drying

Water Tanks: "Empty" pistachios are separated from "full" ones using the specific gravity difference.
Modern Drying: Peeled pistachios are reduced to ideal moisture content in drying ovens with controlled heat to prevent aflatoxin risk.

3. Cracking and Classification

Dried pistachios are separated by size (sieve numbers) in our sieving machines. Closed-mouth pistachios are processed in our cracking machines to become shelled pistachios or in our special "cracking" units.

4. Roasting and Salting (A Masterpiece)

This is the most critical stage that determines the flavor of the pistachio.

Homogeneous Salting: In our special mixers, pistachios achieve perfect harmony with the desired amount of salt.
Continuous Belt Roasting: We combine traditional flavor with modern technology. Pistachios are roasted without burning, with each kernel roasted evenly.

5. Selection and Final Control

After the roasting process, pistachios pass through optical sorters and manual sorting belts to be 100% free of burnt, defective, or foreign materials.
